1.1 Client – The individual(s) or corporate entity renting a vehicle as listed in the Rental Agreement. 1.2 Vehicle – Any car, truck, van, or rental unit provided under the Rental Agreement, including accessories and equipment. 1.3 Rental Period – The agreed duration between the pickup and return of the vehicle. 1.4 Limited Liability Amount – The reduced amount payable by the Client for damages under a waiver agreement. 1.5 Claims Administration Fee – An administrative charge for processing claims related to vehicle damage, theft, or loss. 1.6 Driver – The person permitted under the agreement to operate the rented vehicle. 1.7 Extended Period – Any extension of the rental duration beyond the original return date, authorized by Inno Car Rental. 1.8 Traffic Fine Administration Fee – A charge levied to administer and process any traffic violations incurred during the Rental Period. 1.9 Fuel Costs – The cost of refueling the vehicle to a full tank when returned without a full fuel level. 1.10 Third-Party Damage – Any claims made by another party for damage to their vehicle or property during the Rental Period. 1.11 Waiver – An agreement reducing the Client’s liability for certain types of damage or loss in exchange for an upfront fee.
2.1 The rental of a vehicle by the Client is subject to the terms outlined in this document. The Client is legally bound by these terms upon signing the agreement. 2.2 The Client must ensure that only authorized drivers operate the vehicle. 2.3 The rental agreement does not constitute ownership transfer; Inno Car Rental retains ownership of the rented vehicle at all times. 2.4 Any modification or cancellation of the agreement must be agreed upon in writing.
3.1 Delivery – The vehicle is deemed delivered once the Client or authorized representative takes possession of the keys and the vehicle itself at the designated location. 3.2 Condition at Delivery – The vehicle is delivered in good condition unless damage is documented and acknowledged at pickup. 3.3 Return Process – The Client must return the vehicle to an authorized representative of Inno Car Rental at the agreed location and time. 3.4 Late Returns – If the vehicle is not returned at the agreed time, additional charges may apply. 3.5 Fuel Requirement – The vehicle must be returned with a full tank; otherwise, refueling costs will be charged to the Client. 3.6 Security & Responsibility – The Client is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is parked safely and securely before returning.

5.1 The Client assumes liability for damages or loss unless covered under a waiver. 5.2 Waivers reduce liability for accident damage or theft, but do not cover negligence or unlawful use. 5.3 The Client is responsible for third-party damages unless protected under a waiver. 5.4 Personal belongings inside the vehicle are not covered under any insurance. 5.5 The Client may choose optional insurance coverage, subject to additional costs.
6.1 The Client must pay all rental charges upfront. 6.2 Additional fees may apply, including:

6.3 Security deposits will be refunded after deducting applicable charges. 6.4 Refunds for early vehicle returns may be processed at Inno Car Rental’s discretion.
7.1 Accidents & Theft – The Client must report any accidents, theft, or damage within 24 hours. 7.2 Police Reports – Theft or serious accidents must be reported to Tanzanian authorities, and a police reference number must be provided. 7.3 Damage Inspection – Inno Car Rental will assess damages and determine liability. 7.4 Unauthorized Repairs – The Client may not conduct repairs without Inno Car Rental’s written approval. 7.5 Claim Processing – The Client agrees to cooperate in any investigation or legal process arising from an incident.
8.1 This agreement is governed by Tanzanian law and is subject to Tanzanian consumer protection and vehicle rental regulations. 8.2 Disputes arising from this contract will be settled in Tanzanian courts. 8.3 The Client agrees to legal proceedings under Tanzanian jurisdiction.
9.1 The Client’s personal information will be used solely for rental and customer service purposes. 9.2 Data will be protected under Tanzanian privacy laws and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties. 9.3 The Client agrees to provide contact details for rental verification and emergency purposes.
